Product Description

The IC660BBR101 is a Normally Open Relay Output Block manufactured. The block comes with 16 output circuits grouped into four groups, each with four outputs. Each output can be powered by either AC or DC. Because of its normally open design, the block's contacts are separated by default until power is applied to close the gap existing between circuit components.

The relay block has a rated voltage of 115 VAC, which is the factory setting, to 230 VAC. The voltage selection is made possible by jumpers located on the block's assembly. The block runs on a load current of 2 Amps. Output circuit group isolation is 1500VAC. IC660BBR101 is useful in a variety of low power applications such as relays, lamps, and contactors.

A handheld monitor is used for customization of the relay output. This includes setting up defaults for power-up output actions, reverting to factory settings if there is electrical communication interference, and selecting redundancy types. The block can alternatively be used as a bus switching module (BSM).

LEDs on the block display the status of the unit as well as input and output conditions. A blinking LED indicates a fault in the circuit. When the LED is OFF, the block is faulty and/or not drawing power. A simple LED ON indicates optimum performance. If a normally closed relay block is preferred, consider the IC660BBR100 relay output block.
